Our Team

Gordon is Chairman of the Board and Investment Committee. Gordon comes to Redwood North following 20+ years in the private equity industry, firstly with BLE Capital (owned by Westpac and 3i plc) during the late 1980s, then from 1989 when Gordon co-founded Catalyst Investment Managers. 

Daniel is the Managing Director of Redwood North. Daniel Co-founded Redwood North following 6+ years at McKinsey & Company and Group Executive Roles within the Hospitality, Real Estate and Tourism industries.

Steve is a Partner at Redwood North. Steve Co-founded Redwood North following extensive experience within the commercial real estate and child care sectors.

Paul is an Investment Director at Redwood North. Paul comes to Redwood North following 15+ years within Investment Banking with UBS and Credit Suisse as well as executive roles within primary health care.

 Andrew is an associate at Redwood North.  Before coming to Australia, he led the NETCENTS 2 sales team at Harris Corporation and developed board games at North Star Games.

He recently graduated with an MBA (Distinction) from the Australian Graduate School of Management.

 Nick is an Investment Analyst at Redwood North.  Nick comes to Redwood North with Banking and a High-Performance sport experience.

 Chris is an Investment Director, based in Melbourne. Prior to his current role Chris was an Investment Director at Tanarra Capital and CEO of Closed Loop Recycling Plant in the UK, a multi-million pound private equity backed recycling plant. Chris is currently Deputy Chairman of the AFL Europe, having previously served as Chairman. 

Zoe is the Executive Assistant and Office Manager for Redwood North. Zoe joined Redwood North in 2019 having previously worked across TNT industries.
